The workflow

From source file to a decision you can defend.

The product stays on your device, makes uncertainty visible, and produces only the output you deliberately request.

01

Save official support data

Use the router's Help and Info → FRITZ!Box Support flow and keep the TXT unchanged.

02

Search and connect evidence

Review deterministic findings, exact line references, supported full-date events, and privacy categories.

03

Compare or report

Compare a second snapshot and export an inert report with detected values masked.

Why this exists

More than opening an archive.

The paid release packages a bounded, repeatable workflow with integrity evidence, truthful limits, and a recovery/support route.

01

Evidence, not a verdict

Every interpretation remains tied to source lines and conservative pattern rules.

02

Snapshot change view

Separate metadata, finding-state, category-count, and normalized evidence changes.

03

Offline disclosure control

A strict CSP forbids network connections and report content is inert.

Compatibility

Choose the supported path.

The supported path is explicit, so you can decide quickly and get the right fit.

Supported in this release

  • One or two unchanged, recognizable plain-text support-data files saved by the FRITZ!Box user interface.
  • UTF-8, UTF-16 BOM, and Windows-1252 fallback; supported complete calendar timestamps remain sortable.
  • Search/filter, evidence-linked findings, timeline, privacy inventory, comparison, and redacted HTML export.
  • Chrome 151 on macOS is the acceptance-tested runtime.
  • Verified runtime: Chrome 151 on macOS. Other desktop browsers and Windows/Linux sit outside this release's tested matrix.

Compatibility boundary

  • Settings .export backups, firmware, archives, packet captures, XML, HTML, and generic converted logs.
  • Router login, remote collection, configuration changes, firmware inspection, decryption, or bypass.
  • Guessing dates for timestamp lines that lack a year.
  • A guarantee of root cause or complete redaction; review every report before sharing.

Scope note: The line index retains up to 250,000 non-empty lines, screen views are intentionally windowed, and only timestamps with a supported complete date enter chronological sorting.

Enter the same email used at Stripe Checkout. For privacy, the response is identical whether or not a matching purchase exists.

Questions

Clear before checkout.

Do my source files leave my computer?

No. The shipped product has no customer-file upload path. Stripe receives payment/contact fields; the fulfillment service receives Stripe identifiers and the checkout email for delivery/recovery. Neither receives the archive or diagnostic source you open in the product.

What if I change my mind or the product is not compatible?

You may withdraw for any reason within 30 days through the online withdrawal page, including after download. Separately, if the published supported workflow does not work, contact support within 30 days for one reasonable troubleshooting attempt or a full refund. Neither policy limits mandatory consumer rights.

What does the one-time license cover?

One named user may use the purchased version with files they own or are authorized to process. The purchase is not a subscription and does not grant access to accounts, systems, or third-party data.

Can I safely share every generated report?

No automated privacy detector is a guarantee. Review every report or derivative before disclosure, and share it only when you have authority. The product reduces avoidable exposure; it cannot understand every custom secret or context.
