- Standard ZIP32, POSIX/ustar TAR, TAR.GZ/TGZ, exported folders, and recognized UTF-8/Windows-1252 network text/log formats.
- Supported user-exported UniFi support files through their standard container/log surfaces, without a proprietary schema claim.
- Inventory, search, evidence-linked events, recurring network signal groups, privacy inventory, report, and safe-share derivative.
- Chrome 151 on macOS is the acceptance-tested runtime.
- Verified runtime: Chrome 151 on macOS. Chrome on Windows/Linux is outside this release's tested matrix.
Compatibility boundary
- ZIP64, encrypted/split ZIP, RAR, 7z, packet captures, databases, disk images, proprietary encrypted containers, and executables.
- Live controller/API/SSH access, authentication, decryption, password recovery, bypass, or controller changes.
- Undocumented private-schema completeness or a vendor diagnosis.
- XML and YAML are local-analysis-only and are omitted wholesale from shareable outputs; malformed JSON/CSV/TSV also fails closed at that boundary.
- A guarantee that automated privacy detection catches every sensitive value.
Scope note: Version 1.0.0 recognizes standard containers and generic network-log evidence. It does not claim complete coverage of undocumented controller schemas; deterministic findings are evidence aids, not professional or vendor diagnoses.

Clear before checkout.
Do my source files leave my computer?
No. The shipped product has no customer-file upload path. Stripe receives payment/contact fields; the fulfillment service receives Stripe identifiers and the checkout email for delivery/recovery. Neither receives the archive or diagnostic source you open in the product.
What if I change my mind or the product is not compatible?
You may withdraw for any reason within 30 days through the online withdrawal page, including after download. Separately, if the published supported workflow does not work, contact support within 30 days for one reasonable troubleshooting attempt or a full refund. Neither policy limits mandatory consumer rights.
What does the one-time license cover?
One named user may use the purchased version with files they own or are authorized to process. The purchase is not a subscription and does not grant access to accounts, systems, or third-party data.
Can I safely share every generated report?
No automated privacy detector is a guarantee. Review every report or derivative before disclosure, and share it only when you have authority. The product reduces avoidable exposure; it cannot understand every custom secret or context.
Is this an official vendor product?
UniFi is a trademark of Ubiquiti Inc. Network Support Bundle Inspector is an independent RomeoApps product, not affiliated with or endorsed by Ubiquiti. The mark is used only to identify compatible user-exported inputs; no vendor name appears in the product name and no vendor assets or private code are included.
